Hi, I’m Charlotte Hamilton. I’m a screen printer, designer and educator with a passion for community engagement. I’m on a mission to disrupt creative spaces, support weirdos and creatives and empower unconventional individuals to express themselves, embrace their creativity and live unapologetically.
I use my creative practice and community engagement with a dash of witchiness to create tools and build environments where people who don’t fit in feel safe and encouraged to let their freak flag fly, break the rules and explore their true identity.

Workshops and creative events are vital to my artistic practice. I began this work while working in a Learning and Engagement role of an art gallery, and I have gone on to support people of all ages and abilities to try something creative in a range of settings.
The goal of my events is always to empower people to express themselves freely and give it a go. This can take many forms and often involves pop-up activities in unexpected places. I use art processes, interactive art work, tarot and environment building to create spaces that allow people who don’t feel like they fit in or aren’t comfortable expressing themselves, to get involved and feel more like themselves.

tarot for empowerment
I have been practicing tarot and using it as a tool for my own self-development for four years, and began offering it as a service in 2021. I read tarot with a focus on the present, the individual and their purpose. I currently offer two tarot services:
Lightning Moments: A bitesize written reading delivered to your email for you to explore in your own time
Empower Hour: An in-depth creative mentoring session that uses tarot as a tool to explore your purpose, strengths and challenges, and actions to move closer to your goals.

Design & printing
My experience in illustration, product development and screen printing has allowed me to work with artist and small businesses to help them create their own custom t-shirts or merch. I work with independent artists and creatives who want to work on a small, sustainable scale and will collaborate with them to create something that’s just right for them.
