Who can get a reading?

Tarot readings are open to anyone over the age of 18. But please note tarot readings are not a substitute for medical, mental health, financial or legal professionals, so by purchasing a reading you confirm there’s no mental, emotional or physical reason why you should not receive a reading.

I’ve never had a reading before, what should I know?

Don’t be scared, my readings are very relaxed and I’ll talk you through the process. Lightning Moments Email Readings are a great introduction if you’re new to tarot, and you’ll receive a full explanation to go through in your own time about how to make the most of your reading. If you’ve booked a video reading, I will explain the process at the start of the call and answer any questions. The best way to prepare for any reading is allow enough time, find a quiet and private place and show up with an open mind.

Will you tell me what’s going to happen/what I should do?

I will mainly focus on your past and present and how that might impact your future. I will share guidance and advice from the tarot, and we can explore possible outcomes, but I will never tell you to leave your job or break up with someone. My goal is to help you uncover what’s going on under the surface so you can make the best choices for you, and you always have full control of your decisions.

What’s the Cancellation policy?

For video readings, you will receive a link to book your slot. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, you can do so up to 24 hours prior with no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded. If you rearrange an appointment more than three times you will lose your booking and your payment. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment this will be an assumed cancellation and charged at full price. Any appointment problems, please email charlotte@sugarstormstudio.com.

For legal reasons, tarot readings are intended for entertainment purposes only. All information, guidance and advice shared within readings is for your consideration only, and any actions taken as a result remain your sole responsibility.


Returns Policy

FAULTY PRODUCTS AND CONCERNS

If you have any problem or concern with your purchase at any time please contact me as soon as possible via charlotte@sugarstormstudio.com and I will do everything I can to resolve the issue.

UNWANTED ITEMS/EXCHANGES

If you need to return an item that is unsuitable for any reason, please email charlotte@sugarstormstudio.com with either ‘Refund’ or ‘Exchange’ in the subject line. Please include your name, order number and which item you wish to return if you ordered multiple items. If you wish to exchange your order please include what item and size you wish to exchange for. Digital products are sent immediately to your inbox and therefore are non-refundable.

PLEASE NOTE

Requests for returns must be received within 14 days of customer receiving the item.
The customer is responsible for postage costs to return the item.
Refunds will be debited to the original form of payment.
Refunds may take up to 7 working days after Sugar Storm Studio receiving the unwanted item.
